let's use tian's editorial journey as an example.
step one-
Meeting & Planning
We scheduled a zoom call to get to know each other and talk about what photos she wants! Tian mentioned she is inspired by water, so we brainstormed some locations together.
step two-
Mood Board
I put together a mood board that had photo inspiration, outfit ideas with links, makeup looks, hair ideas, and location ideas. Everything was pending Tian's approval- I never made a decision that didn't fully reflect her vision! From there we chose a date and location, booked hair and makeup, and I sent over her contract and invoice.
step three-
editorial photoshoot
Tian met at my apartment early in the morning, where Amanda from Amanda Marsala Makeup did her makeup. From there we drove to the park and hiked the creek for some stunning water and waterfall shots. It was SO much fun to get out in nature, and take photos that truly represented who Tian is.

01 | Do you travel?
Absolutely I do!
I will go anywhere for a creative session-
There are so many beautiful spots in the Rochester and FingerLakes area, and I am always willing to travel beyond for the art!
02 | Do you shoot film or digital?
I offer both!
Your session includes digital photos, and I offer 35mm film as an add on.
I have one film camera that offers light leaks for an editorial and artistic feel which is a great option to have!
03 | WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH FOR POSING?
The goal is to make you look like a painting, to express an emotion, to play with the creative elements of your session, and fit you into the landscape.
We will brainstorm goals for your session ahead of time, and have the posing reflect that!
04 | what if i don't know what to wear?
I have a client closet if you need to borrow anything, or I can send you ideas for what will represent the session the best!
I also offer creative elements such as accessories, veils, crowns, backdrops, and flowers!
05 | do you offer help choosing locations?
Always!
Whether it's a studio, waterfall, field, or a flower field, I have a lot of spots on my location list to choose from.
I also love finding new places to explore if you wanted something different!
